Hi everyone,
This morning I recorded a one hour practice of yoga Nidra.
So I have created a new page for these practices.
Each class will be one hour commencing with a mantra and pranayama for 10 minutes
Followed by a 20 minute stretch or are yin practice
Then a 20 minute Yoga Nidra
To close the practice a 10 minute balancing pranayama.
I will add to this library each day with Yoga Nidra and guided meditations, so if you’re in need of some deep relaxation this will be your go to page. I look forward to adding to the library each week
